I’ve been reading a lot on the benefits on Turmeric lately, for general health and to reduce inflammation. I liked this recent article, from a reliable source, on Turmeric that I thought I’d pass on (below). I recently bought a Turmeric & Ginger tea, and I can really tell the difference in my body – inflammation and joints.
